Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

The following items are not eligible for return:
– Custom pieces
– Commissioned work

To request a return, please get in touch with your order details. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please make contact within 5 days of receiving your order so this can be resolved. Where appropriate, items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and assessed.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
