Orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

Preparation time

Most orders are posted within 3–5 business days.

Some hand-cut, individually fabricated or made-to-order pieces may require additional making time. Where a longer preparation period applies, it will be stated on the product page.

Preparation time is separate from the postal delivery time. Estimated delivery begins after the order has been posted.

If an unexpected delay affects the preparation of your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping within Australia

Domestic orders are sent using tracked Australia Post services.

Once your order has been posted, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

The following estimates are provided as a general guide:

Within Western Australia 2–4 business days
Interstate metro areas 3–6 business days
Regional and remote Australia Please allow additional time

Delivery estimates may vary according to the destination, postal network conditions, public holidays and seasonal demand. Regional and remote deliveries generally take longer than deliveries between metropolitan areas.

Express Post

Express Post is available at checkout where applicable.

Express Post provides faster postal delivery but does not reduce the preparation or making time shown on the product page.

Delivery speed depends on the destination and whether it falls within Australia Post’s Express Post delivery network. Express Post should not be assumed to mean next-business-day delivery to every destination.

International shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

Available services, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary according to the destination.

International delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs. Customs processing and local postal services may cause additional delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customers are also responsible for checking any import restrictions that may apply in their country.

Shipping addresses

Please check that your name and shipping address are complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact mail@jessicajubb.com as soon as possible. An address may not be able to be changed once the order has been posted.

Additional postage costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility, except where the error was made by Jessica Jubb Jewellery.

Tracking and delivery delays

Tracking information is provided for shipped orders where available.

Postal delays can occasionally occur after an order has been posted. If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery date, please contact mail@jessicajubb.com so the delivery can be investigated.

Delivery estimates are guides rather than guaranteed arrival dates. However, Jessica Jubb Jewellery remains responsible for providing an appropriate solution if an order cannot be supplied or is confirmed lost in transit.

Damaged deliveries

If an order arrives damaged, please retain the item and packaging and contact mail@jessicajubb.com as soon as possible—ideally within five days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be assessed.

Your rights in relation to damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products are explained in our Returns Policy and are not limited by this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
